David is a Managing Member of MD OGOLA.

David previously formed part of a company specializing in the fitment and

maintenance of Fail-Safe Braking Systems on mining machinery. David was

employed as a trained automotive brake technician for 15 years. David also

underwent brake system training at Knorr-Bremse, a global specialist braking

system company. In 2011, David was involved in an unfortunate vehicle accident,

damaging his lower spine and leaving him disabled. David was then employed as

head buyer/purchasing officer. His responsibilities included the sourcing of quality

automotive parts, specifically Fail-Safe brake system components for in-house

manufacturing as well as supply to the mines and other clients.

Martin is a Managing Member of MD OGOLA CC.

Martin was a member (Technical Manager) of a still existing company, involving the

safety testing of brake systems on trackless mining machinery as well as training

technicians in brake testing on mining machinery. Martin also played a role in the

implementation of ISO9001 quality systems. Martin then moved on to form part of a

company (Sales Representative) specializing in the fitment and maintenance of

Fail-Safe braking systems on mining machinery, where after he formed part of a

national logistics company (Sales Representative), assisting in the introduction of

their logistics services into the mining industry. Martin recently formed part of a

company (Sales Representative) offering specialised engineering services and the

supply of components/parts on a diverse range of mining machinery.
